I Have Agreed to Participate in C-Line Films’ Educational Documentary, The Call, to Air on either HBO or PBS, to Get the Truth Out About the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale
Madison O’Leary, a Producer with C-Line Films, a production company that produces social justice documentaries, filmed the entire CT Freedom of Information Act Commission Hearing on November 4th, 2019, in downtown Hartford, CT, regarding my FOIA request to release the Yale Police Body Camera Footage of me only from May 8th, 2018. I am pursuing this FOIA request, so that the public can see that the Yale Administration and Police are LIARS, and that they were complicit in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. Today, reply briefs were submitted by both my attorneys, the Randazza Legal Group, and Yale. Initial Post Hearing Briefs had been submitted on Friday, January 3rd, 2020. I hope for a favorable decision from the CT FOIA Commission Hearing Officer, Danielle McGee. I will inform everyone of her decision, the moment it becomes available.
I had corresponded with Madison O’Leary, the producer with C-Line Films prior to her filming the CT FOIA Commission Hearing, but I was wary of participating in their educational documentary The Call, about the Living While Black Incidents that involved 911 calls. I was worried that this would be another attempt to villainize me. And, as I have made clear over and over and over again, I never called 911. However, I gave a brief interview to Ms. O’Leary, following the CT FOIA Commission Hearing, and we have spoken at length about the project, and when she requested another interview, I decided that this would be an excellent opportunity for me to tell my side of the story and to get the truth out about the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. I am also hoping to use this opportunity to raise legal funds and to bring attention to my plight and to my legal battle with Yale and the entire moral outrage industry. I now feel confident that I will be represented accurately. I am, of course, the entirely innocent victim of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.
I believe that my participation in this social justice documentary speaks volumes about the fact that I am telling the 100% truth, I am being completely transparent, and I have absolutely NOTHING to hide. I have also decided to release absolutely everything in relation to the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale on my blog — every email, every letter, every legal document, absolutely everything.
