If Amy Wax Should Be Fired at UPenn, What About Tom Tyler at Yale Law School? What About Richard Painter at the U of MN Law School?

My point is simply this:

Most persons, including Richard Painter, who is pretty much the worst person ever, are complete and total hypocrites when it comes to demanding that Amy Wax be fired from UPenn for comments she made about Black and Asian students. (Just so everyone knows — more on this later — Richard Painter issued what can only be construed as a death threat against me on Twitter today, while one of his Goons doxxed me and posted my home address on Twitter, said I have guns, and pretended to get me arrested for a fake restraining order.)

Pretty clearly, Richard Painter should be fired from the University of Minnesota Law School. Richard Painter is continuing a near 4 month campaign to destroy my life and drive me to suicide, and I am an obviously innocent Yale PhD Candidate and lifelong human and civil rights attorney and activist. As the whole world knows, Richard Painter began viciously and relentlessly attacking me in mid September, 2021, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter. Now, Richard Painter won’t stop attacking me until I’m dead, because he is contemplating a run for Minnesota Governor, and that will never happen now, after what he did to me, as long as I live and breathe and am able to tell the Truth about the fact that Richard Painter is a Woke KKK Monster who abuses traumatized and vulnerable women on Twitter for sport.

Why is no one demanding the firing of Tom Tyler from Yale Law School?

No one has said a word about Tom Tyler’s comments about Black students, and I have been screaming the Truth from the mountaintops for years now.

In late April, 2018, a couple weeks before the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, Tom Tyler hosted a Justice Collaboratory dinner for his graduate and professional student members of his lab/research group. Tom Tyler stated unequivocally at that Justice Collaboratory dinner that there are almost no US Black high school students who are prepared to attend college or university at all, and there are certainly almost no US Black high school students who are academically prepared to attend Yale University. He said that this is why when you see a news article about a US high school student who has been accepted to all of the Ivies, they are always Black. His point was that a US Black high school student who is academically prepared to attend any college is a unicorn. He said that the Ivies will do absolutely anything to admit US Black high school students who are even nominally prepared to attend any college or university. He was stating, in no uncertain terms, that Yale Admissions violated Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act. Tom Tyler said that Yale will do anything to admit a US Black high school student who is even nominally prepared to attend college, simply because of the color of their skin. And, in point of fact, in private settings, everyone at Yale will admit that Yale Admissions clearly and grossly violates Title VI of the Federal Civil Rights Act.

These are more or less the same comments about Black students that Amy Wax has made at UPenn.

I was not the only person who heard Tom Tyler make these comments at this Justice Collaboratory dinner in late April, 2018, in New Haven, CT. Tom Tyler’s other graduate and professional student members of his lab/research group were also present.

I think we all know why the press and most of Woke academia is demanding that Amy Wax be fired, but remain silent about Tom Tyler.

Tom Tyler is a member of the Woke KKK Aristocracy in academia, and Amy Wax is not.

I think we all know why those two Georgetown University Law School adjunct lecturers were fired for making these same types of comments about Black students, but Tom Tyler was not.

Tom Tyler is a member of the Woke KKK Aristocracy in academia, and the two Georgetown Law School adjunct lecturers were not. The 2 Georgetown Law lecturers’ lives were deemed a suitable poor white trash sacrifice to the Woke gods. Just like my life was deemed a suitable poor white trash interloper sacrifice to the Woke gods at Yale, because Yale University President Peter Salovey wanted to use me as his Nazi to justify his vast, new Maoist Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion bureaucracy for snitching on students and faculty for transgressions of Woke Dogma.

Here are my YouTube videos documenting Tom Tyler’s, Co-Director of the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School, comments about Black students and Yale Admissions at a Justice Collaboratory dinner in late April, 2018, in New Haven, CT. I will also include my material documenting the truth about what Yale Law School and the Justice Collaboratory did to me:
