It’s Not Just Jussie Smollett Who Should Be On Trial For Perpetrating a Living While Black Race or Hate Crime Hoax. (If You Think I’m Referring To You, I Am.)

Jussie Smollett was just found guilty for perpetrating a Living While Black Hate Crime Hoax.

A lot of people are guilty of perpetrating or pushing or perpetuating Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes during the past 3 or 4 years.

But none of them will be put on trial as they should be.

A lot of people have made gobs of money pushing Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes during the past 3 or 4 years.

They’ve destroyed innocent lives and careers and families.

They’ve pushed people to suicide.

They’ve swatted people.

They’ve gotten people disbarred.

They’ve gotten people fired.

They’ve gotten people expelled.

They’ve forced people from their homes and into hiding, to save their lives.

They’ve repeatedly mobbed people near to suicide on social media, including on Twitter.

They’ve incited a deluge of death and rape threats, and threats of violence, against innocent private citizen nobodies.

They pretended that they were doing Social Justice Work or helping Black people or anyone, when really they were just Shaun King Style Twitter Race Hustlers trying to make a cheap and easy and fast buck off of Woke KKK Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process.

They targeted vulnerable people as victims of these Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes, usually people with mental health disabilities and people without the resources to fight back or defend themselves.

The people and organizations that should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett include the Woke KKK, the Fake News Press, and the Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry.

Yale President Peter Salovey should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett for perpetrating the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.

Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken is trying to set a record for the number of Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes perpetrated at Yale.

The ACLU should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett. The ACLU continues their campaign to destroy my life and human and civil rights academic and legal careers to this day. The ACLU continues their more than 3 and a half year old campaign to drive me to suicide to this day, by publicly shaming me for my mental health disabilities and grossly violating my privacy. The very first, most important thing that brand new ACLU President and NYU Law Professor Deborah Archer thought she needed to do as President of the ACLU was team up with The Appeal President Josie Duffy-Rice to destroy me and to try to drive me to suicide on Twitter and on the websites of The Appeal and the ACLU.

The Appeal, including former President Josie Duffy-Rice and former The Appeal affiliate Attorney Rebecca Kavanagh, should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett. The Appeal is dead, killed by gross incompetence and bigotry and stupidity, and it needs to remain dead. The Appeal was synonymous with Twitter Race Hustler Shaun King, who played a major role in the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. I’ve seen nothing to indicate that anything has changed. If The Appeal is revived, they will continue to perpetrate Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes for Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry Money. And, of course, Twitter Race Hustler Shaun King should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett.

Ijeoma Oluo should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett for what she did to me. She was no small part of why I had to flee Yale’s campus for my life while being taunted by a mob and go into hiding for more than 3 years. The American Humanist Association, who had proudly published my anti-oppression essays a decade prior, awarded Ijeoma Oluo a Feminist of the Year Award, for helping them establish a Get Sarah Braasch Killed cottage industry.

Roxane Gay should have been on trial alongside Jussie Smollett for what she did to me. Roxane Gay defamed me endlessly, including in the New York Times, and incited an untold number of death threat sending Twitter mobs against me. She was richly rewarded for her efforts by Yale President Peter Salovey who gave her a Visiting Professorship at Yale for helping him try to destroy me.

The New York Times should shutter itself in abject shame for what they did to me, and for the role that they played, leading the Fake News Press and Black Trauma Moral Outrage Industry. They exploited the killings of Black men, including George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery. They decimated the Living While Black movement, by turning it into a Race Hoax and Bloodsport, targeting and demonizing vulnerable white women, to smear Trump and make Moral Outrage Industry money, hand over fist.

Don Lemon of CNN should have been fired for what he did to me.

Joy Reid of MSNBC should be fired for what she did to me.

Everyone knows it’s true.

I can hardly think of a public figure who didn’t participate in destroying the Living While Black movement by pushing obvious Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes.

So, go ahead, enjoy yourselves. Mock and deride Jussie Smollett to hide your own shame.

We all know you’re guilty.
