The Rise of the Woke KKK

Woke KKK. Why would I use such an inflammatory expression? Because it’s perfectly apt.

The Woke KKK is comprised of those who have embraced Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process to drive private citizen nobodies to suicide for alleged and non-crimes of unWokeness, or to inflict Social Death upon them, if unable to bring about their deaths, by calling for their lives, reputations, careers, and livelihoods to be decimated. Many have committed suicide, including Alec Holowka, Mike Adams, David Bucci, Austen Heinz, and Caroline Flack.

This is what Frederick T. Joseph did to Emma Sarley in that Williamsburg dog park in Brooklyn when he took a snippet of ambiguous video of her and then subjected her to Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process and got her fired for the non-crime of her being upset that he wasn’t controlling his dog and telling him to: “stay in your hood.”

The Woke KKK has a creed, just like the KKK did. It’s Woke Intersectional Feminism / Critical Race Theory. And, this explains why, like the KKK, they have embraced extrajudicial vigilante mob (in)justice and the meting out of grossly disproportionate and immediate sentences (Social Death or Suicide, take your pick) for alleged and non-crimes of unWokeness.

The Living While Black movement is dead. Just like the Me Too movement. It was destroyed by charlatans and frauds who turned it into a Race Hoax, targeting and demonizing white women, especially the vulnerable, particularly those with mental health disabilities, for Moral Outrage Industry money and gain. They did this to smear Trump. They did this for money and status and moral authority, of course. They even exploited police and other killings of Black men and boys, including Ahmaud Arbery, Jacob Blake, Adam Toledo, and George Floyd, to do this.

Per Woke Intersectional Feminism / Critical Race Theory, it’s not possible for a Black person to falsely accuse a white person of racism, including of having perpetrated a racist hate crime. That can’t happen. If they admit that this can happen, then the whole house of cards upon which their ideologies and careers are built collapses.

So, what do you do when charlatans and frauds perpetrate Living While Black Race Hoaxes?

This is the raison d’être of Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process. To get rid of the victims of obvious Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes. Drive them to suicide or render them socially dead, to silence them, so the TRUTH about what was done to them can never get out. The victims of Living While Black Race Hoaxes are an existential threat to the Woke Intersectional Feminists / Critical Race Theorists.

You certainly can’t extend human dignity or compassion or Due Process or Equal Protection or constitutional fair trial protections to the victims of Living While Black Race Hoaxes.

Thus, the rise of the Woke KKK.

I should know. I am the entirely innocent victim of the Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale. Nothing could have been more obvious than that I was and am a lifelong human and civil rights activist and attorney who was working on the issues of police brutality and implicit bias at the Justice Collaboratory at Yale Law School. Nearly everyone who participated in the witch hunt at Yale and the subsequent global defamation campaign that almost got me killed 100% knew that I was an entirely innocent Yale grad student and civil rights attorney. They knew. They knew me or they knew of me or they had even worked with me. None of this stopped anyone from joining the Woke KKK mob to destroy and silence me.

Who are the members of the Woke KKK? Anyone who has embraced Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process to silence the victims of Living While Black Race and Hate Crime Hoaxes.

The list is long and illustrious: Roxane Gay, Tressie McMillan Cottom, Ijeoma Oluo, Whoopi Goldberg and Sunny and the women of The View, the former members of The Appeal, including former President Josie Duffy-Rice, Attorney Rebecca Kavanagh, and Taniel, Princeton Professor Imani Perry, Colorado Law School Professor Aya Gruber. Journalist Cathy Reisenwitz. Twitter’s Angry Black Lady, Imani Gandy, NYU Social Psychologist Jonathan Haidt, The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah, the ACLU, including new ACLU President Deborah Archer, Michael Harriot and The Root, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Yale Law School’s Justice Collaboratory, including Professors Monica Bell and Tracey Meares and Vesla Weaver and Tom Tyler and Phillip Atiba Goff, as well as Yale Law School Dean Heather Gerken, and Johns Hopkins Professor Chris Lebron. The Arquette sisters, Rosanna and Patricia. Shonda Rhimes. Soledad O’Brien. And, of course, Oprah, Isabel Wilkerson, Ibram X. Kendi, Red Table Talk, Jada Pinkett Smith. Malcolm Nance and Bishop Talbert Swan. Karen Attiah. Daryle Lamont Jenkins. Tariq Nasheed. Tim Wise. Attorney Ben Crump. Michael Eric Dyson. Daily Nous’ Justin Weinberg. Jeffrey A. Sachs, USC Law Professor Daria Roithmayr, U of Florida Law Professor Katheryn Russell-Brown. And, of course, the entire Yale Administration, including Yale President Peter Salovey, Yale Grad School Dean Lynn Cooley, Yale Grad School Diversity Dean Michelle Nearon, Yale VP of Student Life, Kimberly Goff Crews, and Yale Campus Police Chief Ronnell Higgins. Joe Biden. US Rep Cedric Richmond. Biden’s new Head of Civil Rights at the Justice Department, Kristen Clarke. President Barack Obama’s 21st Century Policing Task Force. And, the latest public figure to try to drive me to suicide via Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, former White House Ethics Lawyer (?!) Richard Painter.

I could go on and on and on.

I haven’t even begun to mention the Fake News Press. They are all part of the Woke KKK. There is nothing that the New York Times, CNN, Washington Post, LA Times, NPR, PBS, AP, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, et al. love more than a good Living While Black Race Hoax with an evil white woman Karen in the role of Nazi villain. That drives clicks and ratings and views and Moral Outrage Industry dollars like nothing else. And, they don’t care if they have to get an innocent human and civil rights attorney and activist killed to get those dollars. Of course, I could add an untold number of journalists, broadcast, print, online, and alternative to this list, including Jamelle Bouie of the NYT, CNN’s Don Lemon, and MSNBC’s Joy Reid, et al.

What is truly dismaying is that so many members of the Woke KKK claim to be anti-the Carceral State, anti-mass incarceration, and pro police and prison abolition. There is nothing less anti-the Carceral State than embracing vigilante mob (in)justice with immediate and grossly disproportionate sentences (Social Death or Suicide) for alleged and non-crimes. There is nothing less anti-the Carceral State than embracing Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process.

Oh, so you’re not going to put people in prison, you’re just going to put them to death for non-crimes without the benefit of a trial or Due Process or Equal Protection or constitutional fair trial protections.

They pretend that they have the Moral High Ground. They pretend that they care about Black people or Racism or Police Accountability or Transparency or Police Brutality.

If they cared about Police Accountability or Transparency, they would be helping me get the Yale Campus Police body camera footage from the obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale, but they aren’t doing that.

I am anti-the Carceral State. I am pro prison abolition. I am anti-mass incarceration.

I spend my days now sealing people’s criminal records, so that they can rebuild their lives. I spend my days stopping the evictions of families from their apartments. I serve the low income population, and, yes, most of my clients are people of color, especially Black people.

Every day someone tells me that I saved their life.

While the Woke KKK are still trying to take mine. For the non-crime of being unWoke.
