Woke KKK Twitter Menace Richard Painter is not going to stop attacking me until I’m dead, even though I have repeatedly begged him to stop trying to destroy my life and drive me to suicide.
Richard Painter is too stupid to realize that I use the term “Woke KKK” to refer to him, because he has waged a now 4 month campaign to drive me to suicide, via Woke KKK Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, over a now almost 4 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale, the perfectly obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.
Honestly, I’m in a state of shock at this point, and I don’t know what to do anymore.
Richard Painter is angry, because he knows that the whole world sees him for what he is: a Woke KKK Monster who abuses traumatized and vulnerable women on Twitter for sport.
Richard Painter is angry, because he knows that the good people of Minnesota will NEVER elect him Governor after what he did and is doing to me.
Richard Painter is angry, because I have exposed him as an evil, lying bigot and charlatan and fraud.
Richard Painter is angry, because GoFundMe told him and his Goons to buzz off, after Richard Painter repeatedly tried to get my fundraiser taken down, because I am publicly documenting Richard Painter’s now 4 month campaign to destroy my life and drive me to suicide. Richard Painter exposes himself as an idiot who doesn’t know the first thing about Free Speech or Commercial Speech or Defamation.
Richard Painter is angry, because I’m pretty sure that Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison told Painter to keep his name out of Painter’s mouth, after Painter repeatedly threatened to have me prosecuted for Fraud by MN AG Ellison. I’m sure MN AG Keith Ellison has no interest in helping Richard Painter drive vulnerable and traumatized women to suicide on Twitter for sport. I’m pretty sure he has more important things to do. Richard Painter literally has nothing more important to do than terrorize me.
Richard Painter is angry, because I exposed him as an egregious and self-serving hypocrite. Painter calls for the ouster of Amy Wax at U Penn, but he is completely silent about the same comments made by Tom Tyler at Yale Law School. Moreover, Richard Painter has publicly gone on Twitter tirades, making incredibly racist and bigoted arguments about which students are allowed to call their campus police when they have reasonable concerns for their personal safety, based upon race and sex and ethnicity and nationality and socio-economic class status.

As the whole world knows, Richard Painter began viciously and relentlessly attacking me in mid September, to use me as a proxy to attack University of Chicago Law and Philosophy Professor Brian Leiter:
Richard Painter threatened to report me to the Bar and for Fraud.
Richard Painter threatened to have me prosecuted for Fraud by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
Richard Painter incited many death threat sending Twitter mobs against me.
Richard Painter threatened to SWAT me by telling the police that I had guns and that I intended to use them.
Richard Painter and his Goons have waged campaigns to get me fired, disbarred, and kicked off my social media and fundraising sites that are my lifeline, including and especially my GoFundMe fundraiser. GoFundMe has repeatedly rebuffed them, because they know that my GoFundMe is the antithesis of a fraud. I have been 100% transparent about where my donations are going: primarily to my fantastic attorneys at Randazza Legal Group, to support my efforts to restore Due Process and Equal Protection at Yale.
Richard Painter used me in his incredibly racist and bigoted argument that only certain university students are allowed to call their campus police when they have reasonable safety concerns, based upon race and gender and ethnicity and nationality. (He made a ridiculous error by using me as an example of the problem of racism and illegal guns when he was attacking another University of Chicago affiliate, John Lott. He said that university students in urban areas live in mortal fear for their lives on campus.)
Richard Painter tried to Lynch me on Thanksgiving and Christmas, according to the NAACP’s definition of lynching as a public killing without Due Process. This is why I refer to Richard Painter as a Woke KKK Monster and Twitter Menace. Richard Painter repeatedly compared me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers and suggested that I was trying to Lynch Black students at Yale via the Yale Campus Police.
Richard Painter has repeatedly placed my life in the gravest danger and tried to incite someone to shoot and kill me by comparing me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers, suggesting that I was trying to Lynch Black students at Yale, and by comparing me to Hitler! That’s right. You read that correctly. Richard Painter has compared me to Hitler.
Most recently, Richard Painter suggested that I was involved in the January 6th Capitol Riot.
Richard Painter accuses me of defaming him, because I am publicly documenting his now 4 month campaign against me, and because I publicly object to him comparing me to Ahmaud Arbery’s killers and to Hitler.
Richard Painter defamed me in an MSNBC Op Ed. It is perfectly clear to anyone following Richard Painter’s now 4 month Twitter campaign to drive me to suicide that he was referring to me.
Richard Painter now refers to me as a white supremacist and suggests that I am a member of the KKK, because I refer to him as a Woke KKK Monster and Twitter Menace, because of his now 4 month campaign to destroy my life and drive me to suicide, via Woke KKK Cancel Culture and Trial by Twitter without Due Process, over a now almost 4 year old non-event and non-crime at Yale, the perfectly obvious Living or Napping While Black Hate Crime Hoax at Yale.
